Association of Accounting Technicians – Sam is one of the professional bodies, a fellow and teaches the qualification. Sam was chair of the Cornwall branch for 4 years – and in that time she won branch of the year out of 46 branches nationwide!
Association of Taxation Technicians – Sam is enthusiastic about tax! She has been volunteering for the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) for over 2 years now. The ATT’s primary charitable objective is to promote education and the study of tax administration and practice. Sam is also a member of the Members Steering Group, one of the primary aims of this group is to ensure that the Association is responsive to the needs of present and future members – members employers, and those who use their services. On top of this Sam is also a member of the Business Development Steering Group. The group oversees the promotion of the AAT brand to the taxation community, and the promotion of tax as a career to potential entrants, this includes schools, universities and FE colleges.
